Friday Night Welcome Party

Ranchy but Fancy
A relaxed, fun evening with a polished ranch vibe. Wear something comfortable with a touch of western flair.
Western pieces are absolutely welcome if you have them—bring your hat, boots, and anything with a little cowboy charm!

For Women:

Dark denim, sweaters, and casual dresses all fit the vibe perfectly. If you have a hat or boots, feel free to show them off.

For Men:

Dressy jeans or chinos with a button-down or flannel. Cowboy boots, hats, or a great belt buckle are all encouraged if you’ve got them. Clean leather boots also work great.

Overall Vibe

A stylish evening at the ranch—comfortable, warm, and just a bit dressed up.

Saturday Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Formal Attire

For Women:

Long gowns, dressy jumpsuits, or tea-length dresses

For Men:

Dark suits

Our ceremony may take place outdoors—we’ll update everyone as we get closer. If so, winter boots are perfectly fine to wear for the ceremony. Just be sure to pack your dancing shoes—there will be time to switch!

Overall Vibe
Simple, classic winter-formal—warm, elegant, and timeless.

Daytime Dress Code at Brush Creek

Days at Brush Creek are casual and built around being outside, so dress for whatever you plan to do. Jeans, outdoor pants, comfortable shirts, layers, and solid footwear all work. Boots are great. Sneakers are fine for most activities. If you’re riding, the ranch recommends long pants and closed-toe shoes.

Weather moves fast in Wyoming, so bring layers you can add or shed throughout the day. A light jacket or vest is always a good idea.

If you forget something, the ranch has gear and essentials on hand, so don’t stress. Keep it comfortable, practical, and ranch-ready.

Activities at Brush Creek Ranch

Brush Creek has a long list of activities to jump into. Horseback riding, fly fishing, archery, sporting clays, ATV tours, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, the spa, and plenty more. You can stay busy or take it slow. The place works either way.

Once RSVPs are in, we’ll reach out this winter to help everyone get into the events they want. For now, look through the ranch’s activity list so you have a sense of what’s available and what you might want to sign up for.

Here’s the link to the ranch’s activity page. You’ll choose three activities in total. One on Friday afternoon, one on Saturday morning, and one on Saturday afternoon. Morning sessions run from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Afternoon sessions run from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

Guest Fees

Brush Creek Ranch is an all inclusive property, and each guest is responsible for a portion of their stay. The nightly rate is $500 per person and covers lodging, all meals, and most on ranch activities. Gratuities are included, and you won’t have to pay for anything once you arrive unless you opt into add ons like spa treatments, premium experiences, or specialty wine selections.

RSVPs for the weekend are now open. The link is in the top right corner of the webpage. Enter your name and email and you’re done. The site saves your email, and that’s what the ranch will use when they reach out to book your stay at the wedding group rate.

If you have any specific needs or accessibility considerations, let us know and we’ll coordinate with the ranch to make sure you’re taken care of.

We’ll keep updating this page as more details come together.

Hotel Rooms

We’ve reserved a mix of Trailhead Lodge rooms and private cabins across the ranch. Every accommodation — whether in the lodge or a cabin — is private, high-end, and authentically Wyoming. Five-star comfort, beautiful interiors, and plenty of space to unwind.

We’ll be assigning rooms and cabins based on group size and availability to make sure everyone is comfortably matched with the right space. No matter where you land, the experience is beautiful, elevated, and exactly what you’d expect from one of the top dude ranch resorts in the country.
